Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Field Sales Supervisor with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. You'll lead field operations, manage distributor networks, and drive sales growth in a competitive FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise field sales representatives (70% field time)
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data
- Develop tactical sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service recovery
- Maintain accurate sales records using ERP systems and Excel
- Mentor and motivate the sales team toward peak performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Sales
- Minimum of 3–5 years in route sales or FMCG sales supervision
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing sales teams and distributor networks
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to ride a motorcycle (added advantage)
- Professional certifications in sales or business development (preferred)
